Pulling duties as Chapter president, newsletter editor, photographer and part-time webmeister means I have lots of pictures to share (it doesn't hurt that I also love to take photos!). With the help of our resident BMW historian, Bob Murphy, I'll try to add or update this at least every two weeks so be sure to check back often.

By the way, I have no problems with my photos being used as personal screen savers, in fact I'm flattered (let me know if you do, this way I can collect on my pay: the personal satisfaction that someone is enjoying my photos). But if you would like to reproduce my photos or Bob's text, please contact us before doing so - who knows, I may have a CD with lots of BMW photos available for a small price!

TWS High-Speed Driver's School Photos
On October 4th and 5th more than 30 BMW drivers from all over Texas participated in a high-speed driver's school held by the TWS Motosport Club. The event was such a success, the Houston Chapter BMW CCA is talking about doing it again in the Spring! Achtung! This page may take a little longer to download than usual.

Oktoberfest '97 Photos by Tony and Kathy Lee
Tony and Kathy Lee are regulars at Oktoberfest but when I've asked them to show me pictures of the ones they have attended, they never have any. This year I handed Tony and Kathy a Nikon, the camera's instruction book, film and batteries and asked them to take lots of pictures. This section includes some of the results of their "assignment".
