This little BMW 700 and the Chevrolet Corvair have several things in common - they were both built in the early '60s with air cooled "Boxer" engines in the back. The BMW engine was a 2 cylinder of 700cc displacement with about 40hp. The car was relatively quick for its size and was successfully raced in Germany.
