Greetings BMW CCA members,

As you have heard we are joining forces with the Lone Star, Hill Country and Maverick Regions of the Porsche Club of America to put on driving schools at COTA this year. The events are titled “Austin Schnell Fest”. Registration will open on March 30 for all PCA and BMW CCA members. Registration will be handled on clubregistration.net so if you don’t have an account with them, you should do so now rather than when registration opens (an account is free). You can see the actual links to the registration pages in the blue box on the middle of the page. You can see the entry fees on the registration page. The Beginner group (we have called it Green or Novice or D at previous events) is $700 for Saturday and Sunday. All other groups are $945 which also includes Friday. Instructors are $300 for the 3 days. There are no alternative number of day entries available at this time (nor do we expect there to be in the future). Garages are $1,500 per garage for the 3 days with no restrictions on number of cars (you can fit 6 with cooperation). If you want to share a garage, get one person in your group to buy the garage. We don’t anticipate selling partial garages at this event.

Registration will open on March 30 at NOON Central time for PCA and BMW CCA members. On April 6, registration will open for non-PCA or BMA CCA members (if not sold out).

When you register for an account on clubregistration.net, please fill in your BMW CCA membership number on the profile page. We will be checking this against our national database to ensure active PCA and BMW CCA members are given first priority for spots into this event.

Remember to sign up early and sign up often. Please go to BMWCCA.org to renew your membership. Also tell your friends to go there and sign up for a membership to get into the first wave of people that can sign up for this event. We are expecting to sell this event out quickly.
